The board of directors of Monitor has a well balanced mix of technical, corporate and administrative capacity. Collectively, the board boasts a strong history of project acquisition, development and management and extensive experience in capital raising in Australia and Europe.
Director
Mr Bontempo has worked in Investment Banking and Corporate Advisory since qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young in 1997. Mr Bontempo has worked for investment banks in Australia and the UK and has been closely involved with the advising and financing of companies in the resources industry specialising in asset sales and ASX listings.
Director
Mr. Gwynne has 17 years experience in senior and corporate management of resource companies registered and listed in Australia and the United Kingdom, with operations in Australia, Africa, South America and the Former Soviet Union. Mr. Gwynne has extensive experience in project acquisition and development in precious and base metals and oil and gas and has undertaken extensive capital raising and marketing for several companies.
Non Executive Director
Mr Kelly has over 20 years experience in the fields of banking, investment and fundraising. Mr Kelly is based in Western Australia and for 15 years held several State and National roles with ME Bank, including State Manager WA, NSW & ACT and National Manager of Marketing/Advertising/Sponsorship, investor relations and funds management positions.
Over the last 5 years he has started his own management business and is a founding board member of Football West where he currently holds a board position.
He is also a board member of Chameleon Mining NL (CHM) and Fe Limited (FEL) and is a former board member of International Goldfields (Corvette) and DMC Mining.
Mr Kelly is currently the CEO of Perth Glory FC and has held this position since December 2009.
